Cost

£295.00 per week including VAT and accidental damage insurance. A deposit of £100.00 is required on booking and will be refunded on return of the caravan in a clean undamaged condition, with the cassette toilet empty. (European use requires a £500.00 deposit, we reserve the right to increase the deposit required if circumstances demand).

The balance is required 4-weeks before your holiday payable by cash/cheque or credit card.

Collection is normally Friday afternoon, returning the following Friday morning. Please allow 40 minutes for handover briefing and acceptance signature. The caravan must be returned by 10.00am on Friday where it will be inspected and your signature required. Late return will incur an extra day charge.

Extra days are available by arrangement and subject to availability at a cost of one seventh of weekly fee.

Insurance
The caravan is insured against accidental damage within the hire fee in the event of a claim the deposit will be retained to cover the insurance excess.

Equipment supplied with the caravan is not insured and if lost or damaged will be chargeable at current list price. Wilful damage is not covered and full charges apply.

For identification purposes driving licence and car insurance must be produced upon collection. Original documents, but not copies, will be accepted. A copy of each will be taken. We will also take a photo of the hirer.

The hitchlock provided must be used whenever the caravan is left unattended (even at Service Stations).

Tyres are not covered and in the event of a puncture the hirer is responsible for its replacement.

Your car insurer must be informed that you will be towing a caravan as they cover the third party liability of the combination.

Cleaning
We clean the caravan following return and prior to collection. If a caravan is returned in an excessively dirty condition or where the cassette toilet has not been emptied the deposit will be retained.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited by law in our hire caravans.

Pets
Dogs or cats must not be left unattended in the caravan or allowed on the seats or bedding that has not first been covered. Any damage caused by a pet is not insured and will be chargeable at current prices.

Purchase following hire
If a caravan exceeding £3,000.00 is purchased with 3-months following hire we will refund one weeks hire fee.

NUMBER PLATES & THE LAW – VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

It is now law that we can only make up a number plate if the following documentation is provided at the time of collecting the caravan (copies are not acceptable).

One of the following:

• Car Logbook V5
• Cherished transfer retention document V778
• Vehicle Licence renewal V11
• A Company letterhead for Company car owners with contact detail and document reference number section D of the V5 Logbook.

+ In addition you must bring proof of identity

• Current photo driving licence
  or
• Bank/Building Society statement or utility bill dated within the last 90-days

+ Plus one of the following

• Current paper driving licence
• Passport
• Credit/Debit Card with photo
• Travel Pass Card with photo
• Foreign national identity card
