Make a Booking
Befor a booking is made we need from you;
1, When booking
Completed booking form
Holding deposit of £250
a signed copy of our terms and conditions
Four weeks (at least) before hire commences
The balance of the hire fee
3, On the day of collection
The hire security deposit of £600 in cleared funds – either debit card payment or cash.
U.K. Driving licence of hirer and any other driver – originals not copies, and both parts if applicable. The licence must have been held for over 12 months and be valid for this class of vehicle. The address shown on the licence must be current.
A further form of identification for each driver is required – preferably a valid UK passport, but see the list below.
A completed insurance proposal – we’ll give you the form when you come in.
An additional photo will also be taken on the day of collection for insurance purposes.
Important; We will not let the motorhome leave our premises if each driver’s driving licence is not produced at collection. If you have one of the new licences both parts must be produced. The address and information given to us regarding points and convictions must be current. If you forget your licence Davan Hire will not refund the loss of days or add an extra day at the end of your holiday. We will also need to see an original copy of an additional means of identification such as a passport, company union or other membership card bearing a photograph, a building society or post office savings book, a medical card, an income tax form, a rent book or an insurance policy schedule.
