For 2017 the Swift Challenger has an eye catching new look and enhanced SMART Plus construction.
The new design includes a stylish carbon fibre effect gas locker door and chrome effect grab handles. LED road lighting and convenient one key exterior locks are just a few of the new exterior features.

Swift’s success with the SMART Plus intelligent construction system in 2016 has led to further enhancements for the 2017 models.
The sandwich floor construction with a GRP outer skin provides greater durability from the elements. The floor is framed with Pure for additional strength and for fixing to the chassis and walls. All outer surfaces are made from non-hygroscopic materials. The new panoramic sunroof allows plenty of natural light to enter the interior where new ‘Santa Monica’ furnishings with a warm grey, bronze and red hures are paired with the classic ‘Aralie Sen’ woodgrain. The front window jig is full GRP and foam construction. This reduces the amount of parts in the panel and gives the panel a flatter and stiffer surface for the front GRP panel and windows to fix to.
As before, an 80W solar panel comes as standard and optional fixing bars are available to allow a Thule rear mounted cycle rack to be fitted by the owner.
Upper locker doors have a new gloss finish with a chrome inlay and positive locker catches for secure and safe storage. Pleated cassette blinds to the windows and mini-Heki multi-directional clear roof lights in the bathroom and kitchens have been added to the 2017 models. The Lux pack option adds a stylish illuminated Kitchen splash-back and external BBq point, key fob operated alarm system, external 230v socket and an external service door.
For improved seating and sleeping comfort, The exclusive AirWave seating blends provides the right combination of support and cushioning. The unique AirWave construction gives the feel and comfort of a mattress topper when the cushions are turned over and used to make up the front bed. Fixed beds are topped with Duvalay Duvalite mattress, standard equipment to the Swift Group.
The Swift Challenger has well equipped kitchens and washrooms which have clever storage solutions. Hot water is provided by the Truma Combi heating systems with the option to upgrade to Adle wet central heating.
Recognising owners’ desire to protect their investment, all Swift group touring caravans again come fitted with a “TRACKER Retrieve” Included is the new Thatchem category 6 approved pro-active tracker system. Many insurers offer discounts for trackers, and it could save customers several hundred pounds. The 2017 Challenger also has a new AL-KO carabiner breakaway cable. Swift’s command app allows certain functions to be remotely controlled and monitored with an internet connection.
