Thank you for your feedback following the purchase of your caravan or motorhome, and the constructive criticism. It gives us the chance to continually improve our service to you.
We’ve made some changes as a result; Tara Davies has moved from Aftersales to Store Management. She’s involved in making sure you get exactly what you expected when you kindly placed your order with us – she pulls together all the internal services and the outside contractors we use, such as motor servicing and electronics, so that you have a smooth collection day experience.
She’s already transformed the parts store, and brings a deep knowledge of what it takes to give our customers what they want! Neil Davies has taken on extra responsibilities as Despatch Manager; he adds an extra level of quality control to the process of preparing sold caravans and motorhomes for collection.
He identified the increasingly complex process of preparing a modern caravan or motorhome, along with the rising expectations of our customers. It’s really satisfying getting such positive comments following these changes.

Knaus conference not only informative.
The Knaus Dealer Conference was really informative and great fun; yes, that’s me, Richard and our lovely wives in the hippy costumes! I think Richard’s got a penchant for dressing up.
