Davan Celebrates 90 Years of Trusted Expertise by Supporting the Weston Hospicecare Summer Fayre

As Davan Caravans & Motorhomes celebrates an incredible 90 years in business, we’re marking this special milestone by giving something back to the community that has supported us for generations. As part of our anniversary celebrations, we’re proud to have chosen Weston Hospicecare as our charity partner for 2026, helping to support the outstanding work they do for local families across North Somerset.

One of the highlights of our anniversary year was sponsoring the Weston Hospicecare Summer Fayre 2026, held at the Hornets Rugby Club. The event brought together families, local businesses and community organisations for a fantastic day of fundraising, entertainment and fun.

There was something for everyone to enjoy, from live entertainment throughout the day to a host of family attractions and activities. Children were especially excited to meet Mario and Luigi, along with Weston Hospicecare’s much-loved bear mascot, while visitors enjoyed browsing the many stalls and taking part in the day’s celebrations. It was wonderful to see so many people supporting such an important local charity.

As one of the event sponsors, Davan was delighted to showcase two of our latest motorhomes alongside a modern touring caravan. Our display quickly became one of the most popular attractions, with visitors enjoying the opportunity to step inside and discover just how spacious, comfortable and well-equipped today’s leisure vehicles have become.

Many people were experiencing modern touring vehicles for the very first time, while others were comparing layouts and features as they considered their next adventure. Our knowledgeable team was on hand throughout the day to answer questions, demonstrate the latest innovations and offer friendly, expert advice with absolutely no pressure.

Alongside the vehicles, we also displayed a range of popular caravan and motorhome accessories, giving visitors plenty of ideas to make their future holidays even more enjoyable.
