By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Davan Caravans Limited (trading as Davan Caravans & Motorhomes), Goosey Lane, St Georges, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS22 7XA.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • 2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the operation or administration of this prize draw are strictly excluded from entering.
  • 2.3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility.

3. How to Enter

  • 3.1. Entry into the prize draw is free. No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to enter or win.
  • 3.2. To enter, individuals must successfully sign up for the official Davan 90th Anniversary Newsletter via the designated online subscription form.
  • 3.3. Existing subscribers to general Davan newsletters must explicitly opt-in or register for the specific 90th Anniversary Newsletter to be automatically entered.
  • 3.4. There is a strict limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries using different or automated email addresses will be disqualified.

4. Campaign Timeline

  • 4.1. The prize draw opens for entries on 1st March 2026].
  • 4.2. The closing date and time for entries is 11:59 PM on 31st October 2026. Subscriptions received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. The Prize

  • 5.1. The prize is a luxury holiday break for two people (the “FREE holiday”). Specific locations, dates, and accommodation types are subject to availability and booking terms.
  • 5.2. Transport to and from the holiday destination, spending money, meals, and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize unless explicitly stated.
  • 5.3. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • 6.1. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received using a verifiable computerised random number generator process.
  • 6.2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
  • 6.3. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the newsletter subscription within 7 days of the draw.
  • 6.4. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • 6.5. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

  • 7.1. By entering the prize draw, you agree to join the Davan 90th Anniversary Newsletter marketing list and receive promotional updates, offers, and news from the Promoter.
  • 7.2. Entrants retain the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in any email. However, unsubscribing before the draw date will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entry into the prize draw.

  • 7.4. The winner may be requested to take part in reasonable promotional publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize draw, subject to their prior consent.

8. General Liability

  • 8.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  • 8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8.3. This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
