We were particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency  of the staff at Davan when we phoned this morning regarding a minor damp problem with our touring caravan. Not only did they say bring it in today for Jamie, their specialist technician, to have a look at it, but he also effected a temporary repair and set in train a warranty claim to the manufacturer (all in the space of less than 2 hours). Absolutely fantastic after-sales service from Maxine. She’s so helpful - nothing is too much trouble. She’s 5-Stars all on her own! Thanks. Update - Just had a big after-sales job completed. Superb assistance from Maxine & Kerry in admin with outstanding levels of technical skill from Ashley & Jerry in the workshop. Great customer service from Paris, Leah & Ian in the Service Dept. Very polite & professional staff. Ian was great taking the time to explain the results of our Habitation Service but also to answer some of our questions relating to the vehicle. We had an issue with our caravan becoming unhitched from our vehicle after making a tight turn over some fairly uneven ground and we needed to get somewhere with it that day, but wanted to get it checked over before heading off on a long journey. We turned up unannounced at Davan and Jerry and Ian and the reception staff from Service were amazing. They came straight out and made sure everything was undamaged, safe and secure again, helping us reattach our breakaway cable properly (we’d managed a quick fix but needed sorting) and double checking everything. We can’t thank them enough for helping to get us on our way so quickly. Thanks again!
