Not only did they say bring it in today for Jamie, their specialist technician, to have a look at it, but he also effected a temporary repair and set in train a warranty claim to the manufacturer (all in the space of less than 2 hours). We had an issue with our caravan becoming unhitched from our vehicle after making a tight turn over some fairly uneven ground and we needed to get somewhere with it that day, but wanted to get it checked over before heading off on a long journey. We turned up unannounced at Davan and Jerry and Ian and the reception staff from Service were amazing. They came straight out and made sure everything was undamaged, safe and secure again, helping us reattach our breakaway cable properly (we’d managed a quick fix but needed sorting) and double checking everything. We can’t thank them enough for helping to get us on our way so quickly. Thanks again!
